At Fragrant1, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please follow our return policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, including any tags and seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used fragrances.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or clearance items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team initiate your return.
  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included with your returned item.
  3. Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the RA number.
  4. Shipping: Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team. Please retain a copy of your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return policy.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval of the return.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different fragrance or size, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issuing a replacement or refund.
